studio rules

• There is a 2 hour minimum for all bookings.

• All studio bookings must end no later than 10 p.m.

• Be sure to book enough time for your session, including setup and breakdown. The end of your session is to end PROMPTLY at the time scheduled. If impending on another session a fee of $25 will be assessed.

• Your booking time starts & ends promptly at your reserved time. Please do not access the studio prior to your reservation.

• Be sure to be fully cleaned up & closed by the end of your reservation time.

• Please keep music and noise to a reasonable level & be respectful of the other tenants of the building.

• No glitter, confetti, or any small particles that are difficult to clean - $175 cleaning fee for any instances.

• No open flames.

• You are responsible for leaving the studio in a clean condition - cleaning supplies are available.

• Sorry, no pets/animals allowed without prior approval & pet deposit.

• Consumption of drugs/alcohol and nudity are not allowed.

• You must be 18+ to reserve The Party Pantry.
